Greg Reeves, Chief Executive Officer

With a strong foundation forged at the forefront of the events industry, Greg’s passion for the events industry started whilst working at Reed Exhibitions.

Greg currently serves as the Director of International Events at Jacobs Media Group. Fuelled by an entrepreneurial spirit, Greg has successfully led ventures, including an environmentally conscious clothing company, going to market with the first snapback cap made with recycled PET.

Passionate about the events sector, Greg is deeply attuned to its environmental impact. If we want to continue to feel the magic of meeting in real life, without sanction or restriction, he recognises and advocates the need for change.

Gemma Watson, Chief Marketing Officer

For over a decade, Gemma has worked with, and for, luxury travel, hospitality and retail companies, across a range of marketing specialisms.

Previously Marketing Director for Connections Luxury, Gemma combined her passion for marketing with events, revamping the brand and elevating its product portfolio to instil credibility and value.

Prior to that, Gemma worked at Quintessentially Travel, the award-winning division of Quintessentially. As part of the global senior management team, Gemma oversaw all facets of marketing, organised high-net-worth client events with Belmond, Oetker Collection and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and managed all brand partnerships with companies such as Mulberry, WSJ+ and Emilia Wickstead.

James Dent, Chief Sustainability Officer

With a passion for sustainability, James has 10 years experience providing sustainability services to SMEs, FTSE 100 companies. James is currently the Sustainability Director for COCO+.

Previously, James was the ESG and Sustainability Specialist at  Flight Centre Travel Group and Head of ESG and Sustainability at TravelPerk.

His background includes being an ESG Analyst for a Private Equity Firm in Tunisia and an Environmental Consultant for SYSTEMIQ, a system-change consultancy. James founded a carbon reporting company, called Susterra, and co-founded Sequest in 2020 with George, with the aim to turn businesses and individuals into catalysts for climate action.

George Wiggin, Advisor

George’s career spans sustainability, product management, and software engineering. Currently, he’s helping build a new global payments network as a backend engineer at Banked.

Previously, George co-founded two businesses: Sequest, a carbon accounting platform and consultancy aiding companies and consumers in carbon management. And, Nexus Vision, a non-profit collaborating with Imperial College London, utilising virtual reality to increase public engagement in sustainability.
